Oukside
Oukside
From 16 Mar 2016 to 18 Jun 2026, Oukside was for people who wanted to be fit in real life, without diets and without making it an obsession.
Its tool was the Never Diet Method, born from the work of Vincenzo Tortora. Its starting idea: people don't fail diets — diets fail to fit the lives people actually live. The method read fitness through 4 Areas — EAT, MOVE, FEEL, ENJOY — and 9 Factors, and worked in four steps repeated over time: Map, Plan, Act, Optimise.
The book Never Diet (Oukside) began in 2016 in an essential form and was built up along the way; meanwhile the method developed, until it was codified in 2019–2020. At first Never Diet was only the book's title: the book described the method without naming it, until method and book both came to carry the name. The book is no longer on sale.
Oukside is no longer active. It was an educational and lifestyle method: it complemented the advice of doctors, nutritionists, psychologists and other professionals — it did not replace it, and did not provide diagnosis or treatment.
